Guidelines for “E-Poster”

1. E-Poster presentations in the following categories are invited from registered delegates.

- Infertility
- Clinical Embryology
- Endoscopy
- Ovulation Induction
- Endocrinology

2. A delegate can present only one presentation as presenter.

3. Scientific committee will review all the submitted abstracts and it reserves the right of acceptance or rejection of the abstract.

4. The organizing committee reserves the right to reproduce the presentations made during the conference to print or use it in the electronic media.

5. All e-Posters should be prepared in English and typed in times new roman font with

- Title Font size - 14
- Authors and Institutions Name Font size - 12
- Text in font Size - 11

6. The abstract should contain maximum of 300 words. It should include Aims & Objectives, Material & Methods (including study design), Results & conclusion. 3-5 key words to be added.

7. In case the first author is unable to attend the conference, the second author may be allowed to present the poster. The second author in that case has to register for the conference.

8. E-Poster Submission will not be accepted without completed registration for the conference.

9. Original material that has not been previously presented at any International / National meeting in the field of Reproductive Medicine/Science.

10. Layout: Portrait (Vertical Orientation)

11. Size of Poster: 2 Feet Wide and 3.8 Feet Height

12. File Size: the maximum file size is 4 Megabytes (4MB).

13. File Format: Save your file as a PDF, PNG or JPG in order to upload your e-Poster.

14. All E-Posters should be submitted on or before 30th June, 2019

15. All submissions to comply with above information, including financial disclosures given at the end of this form
